Technical Implementation
During the sole informational usage of the website we only save personal data that is transmitted by your browser to our server and that are technically necessary to display you the website and ensure its safety and stability. The following data is collected:

The data gathered in this respect is deleted as soon as it is not required anymore. We process this data first wrt. Section 6, Paragraph 1, Item b, DS-GMO. Your data will be safed only until your request is processed and is deleted immediately afterwards. Your data will be handled private and confidential. It will not be shared with third parties.

Data collection for Conference Registration
In order to register you for the conference you are required to enter your name, e-mail-address, affiliation and contact details into our registration system. Your data will be stored in a database server hosted by BTU’s own data center. The personal data you enter during the conference registration process is electronically stored and facilitated solely for purposes of conference registration, payment and billing and will be deleted or disabled in accordance with the legal provisions for record retention.
